In this realm, we unravel our mind conditioning around sexuality, dismantling and shifting all beliefs that have shaped our relationship to pleasure, our body image, and our role as women in society.
Through diverse techniques, some with a scientific approach such as NLP, yet also concepts influenced by the Eastern esoteric spiritual traditions of Tantra, we learn to regulate our nervous system and cultivate a nourishing and extraordinary state of aliveness and deep intimacy.
Unlocking conscious communication and the ability to authentically speak our truth, so we can be clear about desires and boundaries with partners or lovers.
Physical
A realm about bringing awareness to the tension we hold in the body, in order to cultivate deep healing through practices such as vagina and cervix dearmoring.
We introduce erotic touch and sensual movement, discovering our pleasure anatomy through rituals of self yoni massage, body mapping and use of holistic tools like the jade egg and crystal wand.

This is where we learn to create a safe space and become aware of our nervous system’s response to different context and stimulation. Entering the emotional realm is about inviting compassion, love and acceptance, so they can become a foundation for the healing process
We unpack all the emotional load, using different releasing practices to embrace all the spectrum of emotions, from rage to bliss, and ultimately become fully and authentically expressed.
Learning to alchemize emotions, so we can amplify orgasmic states, connect to our intuition, and deepen our connection both to ourselves and in relationships, to create true emotional intimacy.
Energetic
This is where we explore the subtle realms of energy, raising the ability to perceive and cultivate the sacredness of sexuality and removing energetic blockages, to allow an uninterrupted flow throughout the body.
We use both the Daoist approach as well as Neo-tantric, to explore the elements necessary to move sexual energy beyond our genitals, so that we are able to access not only peak states of bliss, but full body orgasms that shift our reality into high vibrational states.

FAQs
Live calls are always on Wednesdays.
For sure I open one group that has Live calls at 1 pm NEW YORK time. This time women from Middle East and Europe as well as women in America can attend live. All live calls are recorded and posted to the portal within 24 hours so you can watch it in your own time.
In case I have more people who join, I open second group that has calls at 7 pm New York time. I can not guarantee 100% if I open the second group and I usually make the decision the day of the start of the course as many people wait last minute to join.
Every week there is a 90 min live Zoom call. You can attend live or watch the recording.
There are also Homeplay Audios. They start with 20 min and go up to 1 hour in the last weeks. You will have a theory summary and some questions to answer in the weekly PDFs, which is another 30 min.
There is also an optional guest teacher practice every week. It varies between 30 min to 1 hour. Again these are optional, so if you are struggling with finding time you can do them at your convenience after the course, as you will have access to the materials. In total I would say it's between 4 hours a week.
For Life!
No you don't. Pleasure is ours and we don't need anyone to feel it. A conscious partner is great, but you are an orgasmic, erotic being with or without a partner. I believe that once you claim your pleasure, you become more radiant and magnetic and it is easier to attract the partner you want.

I’ve purposely designed this course to be accessible to as many people as possible. I call that “From Zero to Hero” journey. In this course, we tend to begin at a fairly basic level, and having established a safe space for exploration and a common knowledge set, build up to more intermediate and advanced work towards the end.
That said, we all have different experiences and expectations. I do not advertise this course as “advanced" but in the past I’ve had life coaches, Kundalini yoga teachers and practitioners of many other modalities tell me that the course has been completely transformational for them.
If you feel that you’re already at an advanced level, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I’d be happy to go over the particulars of the coursework so you can decide if it’s right for you. It’s my goal to have satisfied clients and to meet your expectations; however, once the course has begun, I am unable to offer full or partial refunds.
In this program we learn to work with and honor the body. That means that even though our mind and ego want to demand from the body what we desire, we learn to trust and follow both the body wisdom, readiness and pace. Each body is different and rather than compare ourselves to others we learn to celebrate our uniqueness.
While there are so many practice and so many women started to experience both, I cannot guarantee certain results. What I can guarantee is my full presence and commitment to doing everything I can including additional support, so that you get maximum results from this program.
I want to remind you that you keep the content for life. I am aware that there is huge added value in the live group container that is why I allow it in specific circumstances like illness confirmed by medical documents.
In all other cases that include personal challenges you can do so at additional fee that is equivalent of 20% of the mentorship price.
The reason behind is to keep people accountable as well as being able to manage intimate size of the groups as well as accountability buddies pairing.
